Weekly sales roundup for Klein, week ending Sept. 23

There were 29 sales in Klein for the week ending Sunday, Sept. 23, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 15811 Guinstead Drive. Dolores M. Muyskens sold the home to Shannon Beth Harman and Ronald A. Lee on Sunday, Sept. 23. The 4,740-square-foot, five-bedroom, 5 1/2 bath home was built in 1982 and is in the Champion Forest subdivision.
