Weekly sales roundup for Spring, week ending Sept. 23

There were 70 sales in Spring for the week ending Sunday, Sept. 23, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 27310 Tropper Hill Lane. Ronald R. Malone and Cindra Indv Malone sold the home to George R. Buck III and Julie A. Buck on Sunday, Sept. 23. The 5,585-square-foot, four-bedroom, 5 1/2 bath home was built in 2007 and is in the Benders Landing Estates subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 27515 S. Rondelet Drive to Gary Broiles and Jane E. Broiles and the sale of 27515 S. Rondelet Drive to National Transfer Services LLC.

The Gleannloch Farms neighborhood had the most sales in the area with five, followed by Birnam Wood with three and Timber Lane with three.

Sales volume was 38 percent lower than the previous week and 27.2 percent higher than the same week in 2011. Spring has averaged 76 sales per week during the last 12 months.
