Spring High School holds annual College Night
Spring High School hosted Spring ISD's annual College Night Thursday, Oct. 4 in the school's cafeteria.
According to a press release, hundreds of students and parents attended, and more than 100 colleges and universities were on hand to give information on programs, financial aid and enrollment requirements.
"The kids are excited," Bob Beaird, a volunteer for University of Oklahoma, said in the release. "They are looking ahead to college and most of them know what they want to do."
"There's a lot of information here," Karen Ordonez, a parent, said in the release. "We have probably talked to about 20 colleges. We are trying to prepare before our senior year."
