Weekly sales roundup for Spring, week ending Sept. 30

There were 102 sales in Spring for the week ending Sept. 30, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 7610 Hogan Bridge Court. Bhavesh R. Bhakta and Romi S. Bhakta sold the home to Betty Allen and Wendell E. Allen on Sunday, Sept. 30. The 4,006-square-foot, five bedroom, 4 1/2 bath home is located in the Augusta Creek subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 2303 Legends Peak Drive to James F. Hales and Amanda Hales and the sale of 9907 Rollinson Park Drive to Karen M. Corrigan.

The Birnam Wood neighborhood had the most sales in the area with nine, followed by Timber Lane with seven and Gleannloch Farms with three.

Sales volume was 10.8 percent higher than the previous week and 72.8 percent higher than the same week in 2011. Spring has averaged 77 sales per week during the last 12 months.
