Weekly sales roundup for Tomball, week ending Sept. 30

There were 35 sales in Tomball for the week ending Sept. 30, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 22114 E. Meadowhurst Circle. Terry Joe Darilek sold the home to Jared W. Ord and Kristen Ord on Sunday, Sept. 30. The 3,621-square-foot, five bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home.

Other transactions include the sale of 12431 Exbury Court to Bruce E. Elliott and the sale of 22407 Grassnook Drive to AH4R I TX LLC.

Sales volume was 9.3 percent higher than the previous week and 40 percent higher than the same week in 2011. Tomball has averaged 27 sales per week during the last 12 months.
