Tutti Frutti celebrates Happy Hour on most days and rings in Halloween

Think Happy Hour is just for bars? Think again! Going on now at Tutti Frutti is what could be considered the happiest of all Happy Hours.

"Our Happy Hour happens from Monday through Thursday," Rafiq Maknojia of Tutti Frutti, said. "The discount is 35 percent off frozen yogurt."

The Happy Hour times are subject to change but usually run between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m.
