Harris County Commissioner presents books to Barbara Bush Branch
Harris County Commissioner Jack Cagle presented books to Harris County Library Director Rhoda Goldberg and Barbara Bush Branch librarian Nancy Agafitei.
The books came from a thank you event Cagle hosted on the first anniversary of his appointment as Precinct 4's commissioner. In lieu of standard table decorations, he instead purchased books to adorn the tables of the event.
"Books and libraries are an important part of a community and I hope to make this an annual occurrence," Cagle said in a press release.
