Sales roundup for Klein, week ending Oct. 7

There were 31 sales in Klein for the week ending Oct. 7, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 20610 Windrose Bend Drive. Jason R. Frerich and Maritza D. Frerich sold the home to Carolyn S. Hood on Oct. 7.

The 3,632-square-foot, five-bedroom, four-bath home is in the Windrose West subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 17431 Aspen Oak Court to Jeff Cook and Lori Cook and the sale of 16318 Kempton Park Drive to Michael Hooper and Shannon Sullivan.
