Sales roundup for Spring, week ending Oct. 7

There were 80 sales in Spring for the week ending Oct. 7, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 7931 Spring Village Drive. Bank of America, N.A. sold the home to Tommy-Tung Thanh Nguyen on Oct. 7.

The 5,806-square-foot, four-bedroom, three-and-a-half bath home is located in the Spring Village Estates subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 22 Kerloch Point to Laura Salazar and Roger Salazar and the sale of 2531 Hendricks Lakes Drive to John C. Rose.

The Birnam Wood neighborhood had the most sales in the area with five, followed by Timber Lane with four and The Village of Creekside Park with three.

Sales volume was 21.5 percent lower than the previous week and 1.2 percent lower than the same week in 2011.

Spring has averaged 77 sales per week during the last 12 months.
