Sales roundup for Spring, week ending Oct. 14

There were 79 sales in Spring for the week ending Oct. 14, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 22218 Bridgestone Pine Court. Jim L. Patterson and Kaye H. Patterson sold the home to Bianca Costa Castro Young and Ronald Gene Young on Oct. 14.

The 3,245-square-foot, five-bedroom, 3-1/2 bath home is in the Bridgestone Lakes subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 603 Bending Bough Drive to Madeleine F. Ochoa and Ryan K. Shaw and the sale of 3402 Pine Run Drive to Michael R. Garza.

The Gleannloch Farms neighborhood had the most sales in the area with five, followed by Timber Lane with four and the Village of Creekside Park with two.

Sales volume was 1.2 percent lower than the previous week and 3.9 percent higher than the same week in 2011.

Spring has averaged 77 sales per week during the last 12 months.
