Weekly sales roundup for Spring, week ending Oct. 21

There were 111 sales in Spring for the week ending Sunday, Oct. 21, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 2110 Wickburn Drive. Mary Jo Leedham sold the home to Adam Vanderpool and Veronica Vanderpool on Oct. 21. The 1,557-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-bath home was built in 1982 and is located in the Imperial Oaks subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 30114 Canyon Summer Lane to Oliverio Jaimes and the sale of 1435 Eden Meadows Drive to Ruth Snider.

The Timber Lane neighborhood had the most sales in the area with 20, followed by Gleannloch Farms with seven and Birnam Wood with five.

Sales volume was 50 percent higher than the previous week and 98.2 percent higher than the same week in 2011. Spring has averaged 75 sales per week during the last 12 months.
