Weekly sales roundup for Klein, week ending Oct. 21

There were 36 sales in Klein for the week ending Sunday, Oct. 21, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 16606 Manningtree Lane. Gerald E. Talkington and Margaret C. Talkington sold the home to David K. Talkington and Va Talkington (irrevocable trust) on Oct. 21. The 2,484-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath home was built in 1998 and is located in the Champion Forest neighborhood, in the Champion Forest subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 8310 Chalton Court to Lyndon Peterson and the sale of 9546 Enstone Circle to Meredith VanRyder and Sam VanRyder.
