Two Spring runners complete ThunderCloud Subs Turkey Trot
Two athletes from Spring completed the ThunderCloud Subs Turkey Trot on Nov. 22 in Austin.
The runners from Spring and their finishing times were Ed Ellis, 69, who finished in 53:10, and Charlotte Davis, 39, who crossed the finish line in 1:01:05.
According to ThunderCloud Subs Turkey Trot organizers, a total of 4,392 runners finished the 5-mile race, which was held at The Long Center.
Andrew Letherby was the men's overall winner with a time of 24:56, while Kelly Williamson was the winner in the women's category with 27:50.
