Spring runner completes RRRC Turkey Trot 10K

One athlete from Spring completed the Richmond Road Runners Club Turkey Trot 10K on Nov. 22 in Richmond, Ill.

Catherine Hoover, 50, crossed the finish line in 1:00:57.

According to RRRC Turkey Trot 10K organizers, a total of 1,317 runners finished the 10K race, which was held at the University of Richmond.

Adam Otstot, of Williamsburg, Ill., was the men's overall winner with a time of 33:34, while Maria Elena Calle, of Henrico, Ill., was the winner in the women's category with 37:14.
