Sales roundup for Spring, week ending Nov. 4

There were 89 sales in Spring for the week ending Nov. 4, according to Blockshopper.com.

Transactions include the sale of 2754 Hidden Spring Falls Drive to MSRI Assets Company LLC and the sale of 3403 Hickory Hollow Road to Michael L. Glass.

The Gleannloch Farms neighborhood had the most sales in the area with eight, followed by Timber Lane with five and the Village of Creekside Park with four.

Sales volume was 27.1 percent higher than the previous week and 20.2 percent higher than the same week in 2011.

Spring has averaged 76 sales per week during the last 12 months.
