Weekly property sales roundup for Klein, week ending Nov. 11

There were 26 property sales in Klein for the week ending Sunday, Nov. 11, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 17207 Mellow Ridge Drive. Jonna Niccole Eldredge sold the home to Manuel Rodriguez on Friday, Nov. 9. The 1,695-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-bath home was built in 1977 and is located in the Oakwood Glen subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 8802 Driftstone Drive to Deborah Jordan Kadjo and Kadjo (trust) and the sale of 9122 Cypress Square Drive to M. J. Tre Swindall.

The Gleannloch Farms neighborhood had the most sales in the area with four, followed by Champion Forest with two and Memorial Northwest with one.

Sales volume was 44.4 percent higher than the previous week and 16.1 percent lower than the same week in 2011. Klein has averaged 25 sales per week during the last 12 months.
