Weekly property sales roundup for Tomball, week ending Nov. 11

There were 21 property sales in Tomball for the week ending Sunday, Nov. 11, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 10010 Spring Rapid Way. Charleen L. Spears and Davey Lee Spears sold the home to Charleen L. Spears on Friday, Nov. 9. The 2,251-square-foot, four-bedroom, two-bath home is located in the Memorial Springs subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 16111 Wild Grove Court to Ha Bich Loan Ngoc and Dan Quy Mui and the sale of 8814 Hostler Drive to Alfredo Morales and Deann Morales.

Sales volume was 58.8 percent lower than the previous week and 32.2 percent lower than the same week in 2011. Tomball has averaged 27 sales per week during the last 12 months.
