Sales roundup for Spring, week ending Nov. 11

There were 79 sales in Spring for the week ending Nov. 11, according to Blockshopper.com.

Transactions include the sale of 26311 Pine Canyon Drive to Gary Martin and the sale of 4835 Larksong Lane to Msri Assets Company LLC.

The Gleannloch Farms neighborhood had the most sales in the area with four, followed by the Village of Creekside Park with three and Timber Lane with three.

Sales volume was 11.2 percent lower than the previous week and 8.1 percent lower than the same week in 2011.

Spring has averaged 76 sales per week during the last 12 months.
