Visitors to the gasbuddy.com website reported rates at 93 gas stations in and around Spring and Klein as of Friday, Dec. 21. The average price of regular unleaded gas in Spring and Klein is $2.99 per gallon. Gasbuddy.com listed the Houston average at $3.02, the state average at $3.03 and the nationwide average at $3.25.
The least expensive gas in Spring and Klein was reported to be $2.82 for a gallon of regular unleaded, which gasbuddy.com contributors logged at Shell, 24040 Kuykendahl Road; Stripes, 22017 Kuykendahl Road; and CITGO, 24419 Kuykendahl Road.
A gasbuddy.com user reported the most expensive gas in the area was $3.49 at CITGO, 3843 FM -2920.
