Weekly sales roundup for Spring, week ending Dec. 2

There were 87 sales in Spring for the week ending Dec. 2, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 514 Spindle Ridge Drive. Bonnie L. Palomo, Luis F. Palomo, Jennifer Kelly Palomo, Bonnie L. Cole and Michael Shay Cole sold the home to Melissa Miller on Friday, Nov. 30. The 2,314-square-foot, four-bedroom, 2 1/2-bath home was built in 2006 and is located in the Rayford Ridge subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 28007 Jillian Oaks Lane to Charles W. Fletcher and Sheng Yen L. Fletcher and the sale of 3203 Vandyke Drive to Guy Marshall Bryan.

The Birnam Wood neighborhood had the most sales in the area with seven, followed by Timber Lane with five and Gleannloch Farms with four.

Sales volume was 20.8 percent higher than the previous week and 14.4 percent higher than the same week in 2011. Spring has averaged 77 sales per week during the last 12 months.
