Tuesday, Jan. 8: Nachos grande, cheese enchiladas and crispy chicken salad

Wednesday, Jan. 9: Macaroni and cheese and Texas toast, steak fingers and Texas toast and BLT salad

Thursday, Jan. 10: Chicken nuggets and Texas toast, barbecue rib sandwich and chef salad

Friday, Jan. 11: Chicken fried steak and Texas toast, pot roast and whole-grain roll and Southwestern salad
