Sales roundup for Spring, week ending Dec. 9

There were 97 sales in Spring for the week ending Dec. 9, 2012, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 2414 Fox Water Drive. Ronald R. French and Kristy French sold the home to Rosondra S. Johnson on Friday, Dec. 7.

Built in 2003, the 1,924-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-bath home is located in the Fox Run subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 2042 Teal Drive to Gen Way Properties LLC and the sale of 29042 Village Creek to Bank of America.

The Timber Lane neighborhood had the most sales in the area with seven, followed by Gleannloch Farms with five and the Village of Creekside Park with three.
