NBA star inspires Klein High hoopster

A: I love LeBron James. He’s one of my favorites. I love his attitude. He’s such a leader. I love his intensity and his passion when he plays.
Q: Who motivates you the most?
A: Definitely my mom. I have two younger sisters, and my mom’s a single mother, so just the fact that she takes full responsibility for us. She’s a great mother, and she does it all on her own. It’s really inspiring.
Q: What are your goals for this season?
A: I just want to do everything I can for the team. Hopefully, we can make the playoffs. I’ve only been to the playoffs once, my sophomore year, so I hope we can.
Q: Do you have any pre-game rituals?
A: On the way to away games, I’ll always listen to music to get into the zone. For home games, I actually take naps after school.
