Weekly sales roundup for Spring, week ending Dec. 16

There were 78 sales in Spring for the week ending Dec. 16, according to Blockshopper.com.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 3827 Cypressdale Drive. Conservative Investments Inc. sold the home to SRP Sub LLC on Thursday, Dec. 13. The 1,876-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-bath home was built in 1976 and is located in the Cypressdale subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 3511 Nutwood Lane to Jose Rafael Pimentel and the sale of 3111 Enchanted Hollow Lane to Maria De Carmen Hernandez, Noe Hernandez and Eric N. Jimenez.

The Timber Lane neighborhood had the most sales in the area with six, followed by Birnam Wood and Northampton with three each.

Sales volume was 19.5 percent lower than the previous week and 20 percent higher than the same week in 2011. Spring has averaged 77 sales per week during the last 12 months.
