Klein Oak High School hosts community celebration
Klein Oak High School hosted the Through Your Eyes community celebration Monday, Jan. 7.
According to a press release from Klein Oak High School, "Klein ISD students, teachers, administrators and community members gathered for the event at Klein Oak High auditorium. For the second year, the district recognized its Friend of Freedom honorees and the winners of the Klein ISD Education Foundation multimedia student competition. The Rev. Rob Price, lead pastor at St. Dunstan's Episcopal Church, was this year's keynote speaker."
"This event is such a unique opportunity for everyone in the Klein ISD to celebrate the extraordinary technology skills of our students and teachers, and to also recognize those individuals and volunteers that have truly made a difference in our district," said Dr. Jim Cain, Klein ISD superintendent, according to the release.
Klein Oak High School is at 22603 Northcrest Drive, Spring.
