NBA star inspires K. Collins hoopster
A: Derrick Rose, just because he’s so explosive, and he’s my favorite guard to watch play. He works so hard, so I think he’ll come back (from injury) even better, probably.
Q: Who inspires you the most?
A: My mom and dad. They push me to be my best, and my teammates because I try to be the best for them.
Q: What are you most looking forward to on the college level?
A: It’s a different level of competition. It’s harder. I like competition, so it’s even better.
Q: How much of an adjustment period do you think there will be?
A: When I get there in the summer, it’ll be a little adjustment, but I think once the season starts, I’ll be ready to play.
