Klein Forest High School grad Conti completes Air Force basic military training
Andrew M. Conti recently completed basic military training at the Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas.
According to a Joint Hometown News Service release, "The airman completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness and basic warfare principles and skills. Airmen who complete basic training earn four credits toward an associate in applied science degree through the Community College of the Air Force."
With the completion of basic military training, Conti has attained the rank of airman first class.
Conti is a graduate of Klein Forest High School and the son of Dawnya and Jonathan Conti, of Houston.
