Klein grad Shockley plays in Western Texas loss

Klein High School graduate Austin Shockley played for Western Texas College in a 66-46 loss to conference rival South Plains Thursday, Jan. 17, at the Texan Dome in Levelland, the Western Texas website reported.

The freshman guard and Western Texas College are 11-8 on the season and 1-4 in conference.

The next Western Texas game is 7:45 p.m. Monday, Jan. 21 at home against Midland College.

Shockley is a freshman guard for Western Texas College. The Spring native is a 2012 graduate of Klein High School.
