The following arrests were reported by local authorities for the period of Thursday, Jan. 17 to Saturday, Jan. 19:
A man was arrested on charges of possession of a penalty group 1 controlled substance (one to four grams) and possession of less than one gram of a penalty group 1 controlled substance Jan. 17, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 27-year-old male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Jan. 17 and is facing third degree felony and state felony charges. He resides in Cypress Station.
A man was arrested on charges of aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon Jan. 17, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 18-year-old male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Jan. 19 and is facing first degree felony charges. He resides on Bright Oak Court.
A Houston man was arrested and charged with failure to maintain financial responsibility by obtaining insurance Jan. 18, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 41, was booked at the Harris County Jail on Jan. 18 and is facing a class C misdemeanor charge. He resides on Redoak Lane.
A Spring man was arrested and charged with failure to possess identification and trespassing on property or in a building (no departure) Jan. 18, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 19, was booked at the Harris County Jail on Jan. 18 and is facing class B misdemeanor charges. He resides on Praire Bird Drive.
A man was arrested on charges of failure to signal lane change, expired inspection certificate and driving with expired registration Jan. 18, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The 23-year-old male was booked at the Harris County Jail on Jan. 18 and is facing class C misdemeanor charges. He resides on Mahan Road.
A Houston woman was arrested and charged with speeding, driving with expired registration, failure to maintain financial responsibility by obtaining insurance, expired inspection certificate and driving without a Texas Operator's License on Jan. 18, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The woman, 29, was booked at the Harris County Jail on Jan. 18 and is facing class C misdemeanor charges. She resides in Cypress Station.
A Spring woman is facing a misdemeanor charge of contempt of court after being arrested Jan. 18, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The woman, 44, resides on Wilton Park Court. She was booked Jan. 18.
A Houston woman was arrested and charged with violating a promise to appear and parent contributing to truancy Jan. 18, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The woman, 47, was booked at the Harris County Jail on Jan. 19 and is facing class C misdemeanor charges. She resides in Cornerstone Vilagel.
A Spring man is facing a class B misdemeanor charge of interfering with the duties of a public servant after being arrested Jan. 18, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported. The man, 24, resides in Earlmist. He was booked Jan. 19.
A Spring man was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated first offense blood alcohol concentration .08 on Jan. 18, the Harris County Sheriff's Office reported.
