Weekly sales roundup for Spring, week ending Dec. 30

There were 38 sales in Spring for the week ending Dec. 30, according to BlockShopper.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 19018 Enchanted Oaks Drive. Rene Xavier Silva sold the home to Jerry D. Patchen on Friday, Dec. 28. The 2,452-square-foot, three-bedroom, 2 1/2-bath home was built in 1967 and is located in the Enchanted Oaks subdivision.

Other transactions include the sale of 3227 Nickwill Way to Janie M. Bucio and the sale of 3422 Blue Cypress Drive to Christopher W. Howard.
