Monday, Feb. 18: Barbecue chicken and homemade roll, barbecue rib sandwich, chef's salad, homemade chili and homemade roll, homemade pizza and create your own salad

Tuesday, Feb. 19: Nachos grande, cheese enchiladas, crispy chicken salad, cheeseburger, grilled chicken sandwich, turkey and cheese sandwich and create your own salad

Wednesday, Feb. 20: Macaroni and cheese and Texas toast, steak fingers and Texas toast, BLT salad, spaghetti and meatballs, homemade pizza and create your own salad

Thursday, Feb. 21: Chicken nuggets and garlic toast, mini corn dogs, chef's salad, barbecue sandwich, cheeseburger, grilled chicken sandwich, turkey and cheese sandwich and create your own salad

Friday, Feb. 22: Chicken fried steak and Texas toast, pot roast and whole-grain roll, Southwestern salad, popcorn chicken and Texas toast, homemade pizza and create your own salad
