Monday, Feb. 11: Roasted chicken with homemade roll, lasagna and Texas toast and chef's salad

Tuesday, Feb. 12: Nachos grande, soft tacos and crispy chicken salad

Wednesday, Feb. 13: Macaroni and cheese and Texas toast, egg rolls and BLT salad

Thursday, Feb. 14: Chicken nuggets and garlic toast, grilled cheese and chef's salad

Friday, Feb. 15: Chicken fried steak and Texas toast, grilled chicken sandwich, Southwestern salad, sliced barbecue and whole-grain roll
