Vistas High School's lunch menu for the week of Feb. 18 is as follows:

Monday, Feb. 18: Barbecue chicken and homemade roll, homemade chili and homemade roll and chef's salad

Tuesday, Feb. 19: Nachos grande, cheese enchiladas and crispy chicken salad

Wednesday, Feb. 20: Macaroni and cheese and Texas toast, steak fingers and Texas toast and BLT salad

Thursday, Feb. 21: Chicken nuggets and Texas toast, barbecue rib sandwich and chef's salad

Friday, Feb. 22: Chicken fried steak and Texas toast, pot roast and whole-grain roll and Southwestern salad
