Wimberley Valley Winery's tasting room is situated at 206 Main Street in Spring, and also has a location on Lone Man Mountain Road in Driftwood.
The winery has featured a tasting room in Old Town Spring since 1990. Wimberley Valley makes a variety of medium to sweet wines, such as Texas Country Cellars wheat, red, sweet white and sweet blush. It also boasts sangria, seasonal Christmas wines, and fruit wines, including plum, sweet blueberry, cherry and occasionally an apple wine.
