Sales roundup for Klein, week ending Jan. 20

There were 20 sales in Klein for the week ending Sunday, Jan. 20, according to BlockShopper.

One notable transaction in the area was the sale of 17106 Park Lodge Drive. Benjamin A. Prickett and Nicole Prickett sold the home to Cynthia Castillo and Fernando Castillo on Monday, Jan. 14.
