Monday, Feb. 25: Barbecue chicken and homemade roll, homemade chili and homemade roll, chef's salad, roasted chicken and homemade roll, lasagna and Texas toast

Tuesday, Feb. 26: Nachos grande, cheese enchiladas, crispy chicken salad and soft tacos

Wednesday, Feb. 27: Macaroni and cheese and Texas toast, egg rolls and BLT salad

Thursday, Feb. 28: Chicken nuggets and Texas toast, barbecue sandwich, chef's salad and barbecue rib sandwich

Friday, March 1: Chicken fried steak and Texas toast, pot roast and whole-grain roll, Southwestern salad and grilled chicken sandwich
